Sawyer County, WI (NNCNOW.com) -- One of the two suspects, who were charged with the stabbing death of 23 year old John McDaniel on the LCO reservation in Hayward, has been found guilty.
22 year old, Marvin Corbine was found guilty of two counts of first degree intentional homicide, aggravated battery, criminal trespassing and bail jumping.
19 year old Caleb Miller also pleaded guilty to first degree reckless homicide and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm in December.
Authorities say a witness saw Miller and Corbine, enter McDaniel's home in April of 2011, shortly before the murder.
McDaniel's brother Derrick was also seriously injured.
Miller is scheduled to be sentenced in March where the state is recommending a cap of 40 years in prison.
Corbine has a sentence hearing in May.
