Hayward, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- A second suspect convicted in the stabbing death of a man on the LCO Reservation in Hayward will spend the next 63 years of his life in prison.
23-year-old Marvin Corbine was sentenced in Sawyer County Wednesday on charges of 1st degree intentional homicide, party to attempted first degree intentional homicide, party to aggravated battery and criminal trespass.
Corbine and 20-year-old Caleb Miller were found guilty in the stabbing death of 23-year-old John McDaniel in April of 2011.
Witnesses said they saw Miller and Corbine enter the home of McDaniel and testified that a fight ensued shortly there-after.
McDaniel later died of blood loss from stab wounds.
Caleb Miller was sentenced in March to 40 years behind bars for his role in the crime.
