St. Paul, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - A 51-year-old Milaca man has pleaded guilty to distributing images and videos containing child pornography.
Kenneth John Gastecki pleaded guilty in Federal Court to one count of distribution of child pornography.
Gastecki was indicted on November 8, 2011.
According to the indictment Gastecki distributed images and videos that contained visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
For his crime, the Milaca man faces a potential maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, with a mandatory minimum penalty of five years.
A sentencing date has not been set.
