Pine River Man Sentenced to 21 Months for Felony Charges

Cass County, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- A Pine River man was sentenced to almost two years in prison for felony charges that occurred in the summer and fall of 2011 in the Pine River area.

25 year old, Richard Floyd Roubal, was sentenced on two seperate charges of Third Degree Burglary and one charge of Receiving Stolen Property.

Roubal also appeared in court for a hearing for violating his probation on a 2005 Burglary conviction.

Roubal will serve a total of 21 months in prison for the three felonies and will also serve the remainder of his 48 month sentence for a 2005 offense for which he had been on probation.

Through the investigation, Officials say that Roubal was tied to property from more than a dozen burglaries in and around the Pine River area.
