Police seeking suspect for stealing wallet and purchasing over $1,200

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- Duluth police are looking for a suspect that took a wallet out of a car and made over $1,200 worth of purchases at the Wal-Mart in Hermantown.

At 8:24 p.m. on July 5th, Police received a report regarding a vehicle prowl on the 500 block of West Morgan Street.

The owner of the vehicle's wallet was stolen and several credit cards inside were used to make over $1,200 worth of purchases at the Hermantown Wal-Mart store.

Surveillance video captured images of the suspect leaving the store where the credit cards were used.

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
