Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) A Proctor woman has been sentenced for stabbing her boyfriend in the stomach last August.
Proctor police say the incident happened after the two got into an argument over money.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.
22 year old Alyssa Peterson pleaded guilty to second degree assault but had a charge of domestic assault dismissed.
Peterson was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to undergo domestic abuse counseling.
She was also ordered to have no further contact with her victim.
