Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- From the help of the public, Duluth Police have arrested the man who allegedly robbed the Little Store.
On July 5, police released images of a suspect that allegedly robbed the Little Store at 7002 Grand Avenue in Duluth on June 23.
The store's surveillance camera captured an image of the suspect, which led police to ask the public for help to identify the suspect.
As a result, the department received a tip identifying the suspect, who is 23-year-old resident of Duluth.
On July 16, the Duluth Violent Crimes Unit Investigators and a Saint Louis County Investigator arrested the man on an unrelated warrant at a residence in the 100 block of North 56th Avenue West.
The suspect was brought to the Saint Louis County Jail and was interviewed about the Little Store robbery.
The man admitted to the robbery saying he needed the money for his daughter's daycare expenses.
The suspect remains in custody pending formal charges for 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery.
