The teenager convicted in the satanic killing of a 93 year old Wisconsin woman will be re-sentenced by another judge on October first.
In May of 2009, Austin Davis pleaded guilty to murdering Irena Roszak at her Radisson, Wisconsin home.
In January of 2011, Davis was sentenced to 25 years in state prison followed by 15 years of supervised release.
The judge who delivered Davis' original sentencing rejected the plea agreement that would have lowered Davis' sentencing to 8 years in prison and seven years of supervised release
