Seven people Charged with Felonies in Wake of Narcotics Investigation

Seven people have been charged after a narcotics investigation conducted by the Boundary Waters Drug Task Force.

The investigation resulted in seven felony charges.

Cody A. Parson, 26, of Hibbing, was formally charged with two felony counts including: 3rd Degree Sales of a Controlled Substance and 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Jeffrey D. Doig, 33, of Virginia, was federally indicted for conspiring to distribute more than 50 grams of meth.

Kerry K. Petty, 36, Evelth, was charged with one felony count of 3rd Degree Sales of a Controlled Substance.

Andrew R. Regguinti, 30, of Minnetonka, and Michael A. Christiansen, 37, of Minneapolis, were both charged with narcotics crimes in Pine County.

Regguinti has been charged with one felony count of 1st Degree Sales of a Controlled Substance.

Christiansen was charged with a felony count of 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Mark A. Lehradt, 26, of Hibbing, and Melissa S. Davis, 27, of Virginia, was charged with one felony count of 3rd Degree Sales of a Controlled Substance.
