Suspected Gun Thief Pleads Not Guilty

-- One of the men suspected of allegedly stealing 15 guns from Superior Shooters Supply pleaded not guilty in a Douglas County Courtroom Friday morning.

Cody Johnson is charged with burglary and arming himself with a dangerous weapon after authorities believe him and two others burglarized the Superior gun store in May.

Johnson entered two pleas on not guilty and requested a speedy trail.
The court date is set for September.
