Waukesha, WI (NNCNOW.com) —– Two 12-year-old girls accused of stabbing another 12-year-old girl over the weekend are charged with Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide.

They remain in custody on $500,000 cash bail.

After being allegedly stabbed 19 times by her peers over the weekend, the victim is reportedly in stable condition.

Police say the suspects lured their friend from middle school into a wooded area in Waukesha, Wisconsin on Saturday.

While one suspect held the victim down, the other repeatedly stabbed her.

The suspects reportedly stabbed the girl repeatedly, striking several major organs as well as her arm, legs and torso.

The victim was able to crawl out of the woods to a road where she was later found by a bicyclist, and rushed into surgery for her injuries.

Authorities say the suspects were located several hours later by a Waukesha County Sheriff Deputy as they were walking in town.

The two girls were taken into custody.

The knife believed to be used in the stabbing has been recovered.

Authorities say the suspects, who were friends with the victim, had worked on a plan to kill her for several months. The two suspects reportedly had an interest in a website with a collection of death and horror stories.

The names of the girls will not be released at this time.

Authorities released the 911 call on Tuesday.
