DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - With its prime location and fantastic views the closed Central High School building in Duluth could become a hot property.

About 60 residents gathered last night to share ideas about how best to use the building and grounds.

Ideas ranged from turning it into a warehouse to using it for light manufacturing, or opening a casino, to using it for retail or a public park.

The next meeting to narrow down ideas is scheduled for December 14 at Duluth City Hall.
