DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - The logistics for contract negotiations for Duluth's new Superintendent of Schools have now been worked out.

Some board members wanted the process involving Dr. IV Foster, to be public and include all board members.

But school board members agreed tonight a private meeting with a sub–committee of three members would be more efficient.

The final product of the negotiations will be made public.

Board members say Dr. Foster's contract will be similar to retiring superintendent Keith Dixon's.
