DULUTH, MN - (Northland's NewsCenter) - Duluth's Loren Martell is a self–described "outspoken" critic of the school board.
Martell regular speaks at meetings, but tonight was led from the room in handcuffs on Tuesday because of his disorderly conduct, largely made of verbal attacks against the school board's chair Tim Grover.
Martell was escorted from the meeting by a Duluth Police Officer.
He was not formally arrested.
