Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- Head of School at Marshall School, will move on at the end of the 2012-2013 academic year.

Dr. Michael Ehrhardt will be moving on after serving as the Head of School since July 2010.

Dr. Ehrhardt has strengthened the school's international program and spearheaded a new science curriculum sequence and a 1:1 technology program to the fourth grade.

"My family and I are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we have been shown by our colleagues at Marshall and by the Northland community. While we will most likely relocate to a major metropolitan area, we will miss the people and the experiences we have had here in Duluth," Dr. Ehrhardt said.

Dr. Ehrhardt is a Minnesota native and joined Marshall after four years at the American School in London.
