New Duluth Assistant Superintendent Crawford's Contract Approved

DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - The Duluth School Board approved a two-year contract with Ed Crawford to serve as Assistant Superintendent for the district. Crawford has been serving as interim Assistant Superintendent since February.

Crawford’s was most recently Principal for Denfeld High School, and also served as Co-Principal and Assistant Principal for East High School.

He was given the 2001 Northeast Division Assistant Principal of the Year Award, the 2009 Northeast Division Principal of the Year Award and the CSS Sister Ann Scanlon Award

He holds a sixth-year certificate in Educational Administration from St. Cloud State University, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the College of St. Scholastica.
