Students Take Part in Mining Lesson at Hibbing Taconite

Hibbing, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- 6th grade students from Chisholm Elementary School visited Hibbing Taconite and learned about mining.

About 55 students also learned about the taconite production process and planted 200 trees on an old stockpile as part of their mineland reclamation efforts.
