DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - Two Morgan Park Middle School students were expelled tonight for bringing a pellet gun to school.
In a unanimous vote by the Duluth School Board, one student was expelled six months and the other almost a year.
School board member Tom Kasper says the pellet gun was non-functioning.
The two students are the third and fourth to be expelled this year in the district.
