Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - 4,000 tons worth of wind turbine components sailed under the Aerial Lift Bridge early Thursday morning.
The BBC Jade arrived from Denmark just before sunset with parts destined for Minnesota Power's Bison One Wind Project in North Dakota.
The $157M dollar wind farm is currently under construction.
It's expected to produce emission-free electricity over a 35-year life span.
Most of the components that arrived this morning are expected to be off loaded tomorrow.
