Man Faces Felony Charges After Drunk Text Message to Judge, Police Say

There's drunk texting. And then there's drunk texting a judge. ...

According to a report from California television station KSEE 24 in Fresno, Calif., a California man has been charged with four felony counts of criminal threats and threatening the life of a public official for allegedly sending a text message to a judge while drunk.

The man allegedly threatened a different judge and a prosecutor in the text message, according to the KSEE 24 report.
