Virginia, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A construction worker walked away uninjured after the back loader he was in rolled over Thursday afternoon.

A Hibbing-based construction company was demolishing a home when the accident happened.

Witnesses say the back loader came within five feet of the house next door.

The owner of the company says the incident was a fluke.

We're told the operator of the back loader has 30 years' experience.

The crew is expected to upright the equipment on Friday.
