Virginia, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Four men are in trouble with the law after they allegedly beat up an elderly man in Virginia.
Police say it happened in the parking lot of Frandsen Bank Tuesday afternoon.
They say one of the men accused of assault also took money from the 79-year-old.
The suspects are being held on charges of aggravated robbery and first degree assault.
The victim was taken to the hospital for his injuries.
