Buhl, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A dispute over fireworks led to the arrest of a man on the Iron Range.

The St. Louis County Sheriff's office says that around 8:30 Thursday night they were called to a home off Dark Lake Road, north of Buhl on the report of a fireworks complaint.

Before officers could arrive, the man drove to his neighbor's property to confront him about the fireworks and allegedly pulled out a handgun, pointed it at his neighbor's head and threatened to kill him in front of other witnesses.

Authorities say the man was taken into custody without incident and is being held on charges of second degree assault, terroristic threats and damage to property.

According to the Sheriff's office, a search of the man's home found several handguns fitting the description given by the victim.
