Hibbing, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - The Hibbing Fire Department is helping to remind motorists that now that school's back in session it's more important than ever to slow down and obey traffic laws.

The Department's entire fleet of trucks was out by roadways near schools Tuesday with banners reminding motorists to slow down.

The trucks were out for periods Tuesday morning and afternoon, around the time that students would be near roadways coming to and from school.

Fire Officials say that 10,000 to 13,000 children around the U.S. are injured every year in vehicle accidents.
