Illinois Man Dies Following Eveleth Rollover Crash

Eveleth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- One man is dead after a rollover crash, Saturday morning, on Highway 53 south of Eveleth.

The vehicle was headed south on Highway 53, when the driver lost control and rolled the car several times.

The family involved in the accident is from Burbank, Illinois.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a passenger, 60-year-old Donald Staszewski, died at the UMCM Hibbing Hospital.

Another passenger, 57-year-old Susan Staszewski, was taken to St. Mary's Essentia Hospital in Duluth and suffers non-life threatening injuries.

The driver, 21-year-old Steven Staszewski, was treated at the Virginia hospital and released.

Alcohol was not found in anyone involved in the crash.

Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
