Taconite, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A man who was busted for possessing drugs, is now in even more trouble for allegedly being on them.

Kevin John Leclair was charged with 5th degree felony possession of a controlled substance in late June; however, this Tuesday he appeared in court for allegedly violating his bail conditions by testing positive for drugs.

In June, police found about four pounds of synthetic marijuana in the 53-year-olds residence in Taconite, MN, with a street value of $4,000.

Investigators say drug gear, equipment used to manufacture "Spice", the "Spice" itself, evidence indicating sales of "Spice", Adderall pills and methamphetamine residue were found inside the residence.

Based on the violation, Leclair's bail has been raised to $150,000 without conditions, and $100,000 with conditions that were previously set by the court. Leclair will appear in court at 9:30 a.m. on July 21.
