Mountain Iron, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Students at an Iron Range school took to the streets Friday to fight back against bullying.

With orange bracelets and decorated signs in hand, students at Meritt Elementary school along with faculty members and parents held a Unity Walk.

The event, sponsored by the Mountain Iron Buhl PTA, aimed to educate the public on the bullying epidemic.

The walk took participants from the school to Mt. Iron City Hall and back.
