Bemidji, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Authorities have located a body, possibly of a missing Bemidji man, in Lake Irving.
Bemidji Police Department partnered with the Minnesota State Patrol to perform a follow-up aerial search for the body of Matthew Pulis who went missing in October of 2012.
The search area focused on the lakes and grassy areas that border the west edge of the city.
During that search, authorities said an object was spotted in the water approximately 100 yards of shore in the northwest corner of Lake Irving.
31-year-old Matthew Pulis, originally of the Iron Range, has not been heard or seen from by his employer or family since leaving a bar in October.
Authorities said his cell phone and bank account have not been accessed or used since.
The body will be sent to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner for positive identification as well as a determination of cause and manner of death.
