Cook, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Authorities are looking for a man who they say ran a stop sign and collided with another car yesterday in Cook.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office says that around 10:40 yesterday morning, a car ran a stop sign at the intersection of vermillion drive and ashawa road and collided with another vehicle.
Minor injuires were reported and parties involved were treated and released.
The driver of the suspect car, however, fled the scene on foot before law enforcement arrived.
The Sheriff's Office is now looking for help identifying the driver.
He is said to have been wearing a blue baseball cap with a white "B" on it, jeans, a black shirt, and a black leather jacket. He also is believed to have a ponytail.
Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Louis County Sheriff's office.
