Red Cross Helping Family in Virginia

Virginia, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Northland Chapter of the American Red Cross is helping a family in Virginia after a fire destroyed their mobile home Monday night.

One person was displaced by the fire and will meet with local Red Cross volunteers to assess their disaster-related needs.

The Northland Chapter responds to about 100 local disasters annually.

Red Cross disaster relief includes emergency housing, food, clothing, medicine and medical supplies, eyeglasses, health services and disaster counseling.
