Sheriff's Search for School Break-in Suspects

Cook, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is investigating a reported burglary this weekend at Northwoods School near Cook.

The suspects had forced entry into the building and caused an unknown amount of damage.

The damage estimate is unknown at this time and it is not clear if any property is missing.

The incident remains under investigation at this time; if anyone has information regarding this incident, they are are urged to contact the Sheriff's Office.

An adult male was taken into custody by the St. Louis County Sheriff's office on Monday around 12:55 p.m.

The male is at the St. Louis County lockup in Virginia, pending formal charges.
