UPDATE: Suspects Arrested in Aurora Home Invasion

Aurora, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- All three suspects are now in custody following a home invasion in Aurora early Tuesday morning.

The St Louis County Sheriff's Office responded to the report of a home invasion and assault in the 200 block of West Second Avenue North just after midnight.

Police say two men allegedly forced their way into the home and assaulted the man and woman who live there with their young child.

A neighbor helped officers by providing a description of the men and the vehicle they were riding in along with two females.

Officers located the vehicle at the Lakeland Trailer Park south of Biwabik less than an hour later and took a male and female into custody the third fled from the scene on foot and was not located until early Wednesday morning.

St. Louis County deputies located 28-year-old Michael Antwain Johnson around 6:15 AM Wednesday morning waiting to board a bus headed to Minneapolis at the Grayhound Bus Station in Duluth.

Johnson along with the other two suspects are being held at the St. Louis County Jail in Virginia pending burglary and assault charges.
