Teenager found guilty in Fortune Bay brutal attack

Tower, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A teenager has been found guilty for participating in an assault at the Fortune Bay casino.

The 16–year–old teenager from Gilbert, Minn., was found guilty of second degree felony assault as well as two counts of fifth degree felony assault.

On June 22nd, 22-year-old Tyler Bryan claimed he was lured to Fortune Bay Casino through the dating site Meetme.com. He was to meet 19–year–old Calli Padgett of Virginia, Minn.

He told police when he got there he was led down a path away from the casino where he was allegedly beaten by 20–year–old Dalton Richard of Virginia, Minn., and the teenager from Gilbert. Minn.

Richard and Padgett are facing charges of second degree assault in connection with Bryan's beating.

Richard will go to trial in November. Padgett's assault case was continued into early September.
