Hoyt Lakes, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- A blown transformer has left the city of Hoyt Lakes is without power today.
Hoyt Lakes Police say Minnesota Power hopes to have the power back on by midnight, although there are no guarantees.
If the power fails to come back on by nine tonight, residents have the option of spending the night at the Mesabi High School or at the Aurora City Community building.
The 911 was system is working.
