Two Harbors, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - The 4th Annual Two Harbors Block Party invited residents and tourists alike to take part in the all day festival.

A car show and band stage on the historic 1st Avenue gave adults something to enjoy, while a more kid–friendly block party was located at Bandshell Park.

According to Mayor Randy Bolen, it's a wonderful way to give back, and build a strong community spirit.

"This is what makes Two Harbors a unique community, and a special community. For me to be a part of it, and to do whatever I can to enhance that, I think that's the Mayor's responsibility, and my obligation," said Bolen.

Multiple area businesses came together to fund the event.

The Block Party will go until 11 PM, tonight.
