Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Residents in the Twin Ports may hear F-16s taking off during the night for the next two weeks as 148th Fighter Wing personnel conduct night flying training.
“Periodic night flying allows 148th personnel to accomplish required training and practice critical tactics during times of darkness” said 148th Fighter Wing Executive Officer, Lt. Col. Audra Flanagan.
The night flying training is expected to last from January 7th to the 17th. The F-16s will be taking off and landing during the afternoon and evening.
