-- A security guard at Duluth's 148th Fighter Wing was arrested for violating his probation. Police records say he tested positive for alcohol.
54–year–old Steven Gelineau plead guilty at a 3rd Degree DWI in 2011, according to court documents, two years of supervised probation was part of the guilty plea.
Now, reports reveal Gelineau was allegedly intoxicated Sunday at a firing range.
Police preformed a breath test on him when his probation officer said he smelled to alcohol.
Gelineanu tested positive for alcohol and admitted to having an alcoholic beverage on the way to the firing range.
The preliminary breath test shows his alcohol level was at .33.
He was transported to jail for probation violation.
The Minnesota National Guard released a statement in response of the incident saying they are aware of the charges and the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs will determine appropriate action when the final incident report is released.
