House Votes To Loosen Stem Cell Funding Restrictions

The Minnesota House has voted to loosen funding restrictions on embryonic stem cell research at the University of Minnesota.

And that's prompting a renewed veto threat from a spokesman for Governor Pawlenty.

The governor has called for stricter limits on research involving human embryos.
