It's time for our Fit Friday report...and today we're talking with a fitness expert about ways to shape before we hit the beach.

(((CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING AND NUTRITION...Start with your nutrition...the ACSM Guidelines recommend....
ACSM Guidelines:
20–60 min of cardio 3–5 times a week
2–3 strength training sessions hitting all major muscle groups at
least 1–2 times
A balanced diet with focus on whole foods, protein, carbs, and healthy
fats plus lots of fruits, and veggies))))
