Restraining Order Filed Against Duluth

The restraining order would block the City's reductions in employee retiree health care benefits that the group says will cause their health to suffer.
Duluth Judge Eric Hylden delayed the matter today after Duluth City Attorneys argued potential conflict of interest if they represented the city in this matter, as they would be eventual beneficiaries of the retiree health plan.
Jude Hylden agreed and a new date was set for June 2nd.
The Duluth City Council will hold a special meeting to discuss the matter on Thursday.

Isn't it time to end the unjustified rape of the TAXPAYER by greedy civil servants? Approximately 15% of taxpayers are civil servants. The other 85% are private sector workers (with little or no benefits of their own) who pay for the civil servant's benefits !
