It was a busy start to the new year for Minnesota State troopers.
25 people across the state were arrested for drunk driving charges last night.
The arrests were made by state troopers between 6 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Eric Roeski with the Minnesota State Patrol, this year was worse than last year for DWI arrests on New Years Eve.
This marks the fifth straight New Years Eve that has been DWI death free in Minnesota.
