Superior Police Close Case In WI Point Death

Superior police officers have closed their investigation into a death that happened last week on Wisconsin Point.

Sergeant Mark McGillis says that 27 year old Loren Newton, a musician from Tennessee died from internal injuries after falling from the roof of an r-v and being run over by it.

At the time of the incident there were six people including the victim in the vehicle.

The four men who were in the vehicle were from out of town, but the two women are believed to be from the area and police are still hoping to talk to them.
