Duluth police responded to a burglary early this morning.

Police say arrived at the Duluth Spring Company in Canal Park around 2:30 A-M and found a broken window with blood on it.

Officers began a hunt with a canine unit and found a man with a cut hand near 10th Avenue East and Fourth Street.
