Superior Police Officer Makes Court Appearance

A Superior Policeman who Allegedly pulled a gun on a man during an argument at a gas station in Two Harbors... made his initial court appearance Monday.

45 year old Ross Magnuson is facing several charges stemming from the incident, including Second Degree Assault, Disorderly conduct and making terroristic threats.

Magnuson's Attorney requested an Omnibus hearing in Lake County court today... that hearing has been scheduled for October 14th.
