The accused shooter in the hillside Laundromat murder was in court Tuesday.

At the omnibus hearing, a contested omnibus hearing was set for October 27th.

Terence Leon Callender faces one charge of First Degree Premeditated Murder in the shooting death of James Alton Peterson in late July of this year.
