Douglas County Snowmobile Victim's Identified

The identities of two victims from the fatal snowmobile accident in Douglas County have been released.

21-year-old Caitlin Higgins of Mounds View, Minnesota, and 20-year-old Martin Platek of Inver Grove Heights were killed on South Lyman Lake Road on Thursday night.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
