Strip Club Owner Pleads Guilty To Gun Charges

By KBJR News 1

The owner of a strip club in downtown Duluth has reached a plea agreement with the city for an incident involving a gun last year.

James Gradishar pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of carrying a firearm in public while under the influence.

The incident happened at his establishment, the Norshor Experience.

As part of the deal Gradishar will be placed on one year probation; after which his conviction will go away if he doesn't commit a similar crime during that period.

Gradishar will pay a $200 fine and has waved his right to have the case reviewed by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
