Duluth Woman Charged in Car Accident

Charges filed against a woman who crashed her car into the side of a West Duluth Bakery on Wednesday.

Duluth Police say Kali Moen, 29, of Duluth, crashed into Metz Bakery after she had been huffing compressed air while driving. Authorities say a passenger in the car took the wheel when the Moen passed out.

Their car careened through traffic, hitting another car before coming to a stop.

Moen has been charged with driving while intoxicated, toxic substance abuse and reckless driving.

There must be more to it than just "compressed air". Either pure oxygen or nitrous oxide would intoxicate a person, but compressed air is quite vague!
