Annual Superior Parade

By KBJR News 1

Duluth wasn't the only side of the Twin Ports enjoying the holiday weekend.

Hundreds of kids and adults gathered to watch the annual Fourth of July parade in Superior.

The route began at Mortorelli drive and traveled west along Belknap Street.

The Superior Police Department led the way- and the 148th fighter wing in Duluth made a special appearance in the sky.

Of course, the little ones were big fans of the candy.

The parade was followed by a car show, and fireworks began at dusk at the Richard I Bong Memorial Airport.
