Dental records were used to identify the body of a man that was found incinerated on a pile of burning tires in Washburn County.

Authorities believe 31 year old Arthur A. Garcia, shot himself while simultaneously igniting himself early in the morning on November first.

Garcia was the suspect in the murder of David Palm of Birchwood, Wisconsin on Halloween night.

Officials say Palm had dated Garcia's sister and the two had a child together, but broke things off a couple of years ago.

Since that time authorities say Garcia has held a vendetta against Palm because of the break-up and child custody issues.

Officials say that before he committed suicide he told several people that he had killed Palm and then set his house on fire.

When authorities arrived on scene at Garcia's residence they found his body and a backpack containing three pipe bombs.

They also found two handguns, one of which they believe was used to kill Palm.
